Return and Refund Policy

We provide professional photography and videography services and products.  We are  providing you with a non tangible service.  We typically do not book more than one event per day and may be turning away other work on the date you have reserved with  us.  Any deposits and retainers are non-refundable for any photography or videography event booked because we are reserving the date and time on our calendar for your event.  

Cancellation of wedding events are non refundable if you cancel the event for any reason, less than 30 days prior to the event.  Cancellations more than 30 days prior will be refunded, according to the terms and conditions on our contract.  For more information on these policies, contact us.
